This course is designed for the health-conscious individual looking to learn culinary skills for vibrant health.
It’s perfect for health coaches, teachers, personal trainers, the home chef, nurses, doctors and others who want to learn healthy cooking methods.
It’s also ideal for those who would like to start teaching raw food classes that change lives.
The Chef Certification program is for beginners and intermediates; no prior Chef training is required.
WHAT?
Learn how to prepare delicious raw vegan creations to wow your family, guests and clients. We will cover the science behind raw food and the reason why going vegan, raw & gluten-free is one of the hottest trends in the culinary world. There will be a spirit of adventure in our program with field trips.

There will be hands-on training to learn the six (6) essential techniques of raw food preparation. You will develop a deep understanding of raw food and new culinary skills to prepare fabulous raw plant-based cuisine.

Chef Sunita Vira is a published author of Raw for Life. Founder of the Raw Food Center in Chicago and Singapore since 2010. Sunita is a certified Raw Food Chef & Nutrition Educator, teaching people around the world how to take healthy eating into their lifestyle for vibrant health. Trained under Cherie Soria, known as the “Mother of Gourmet Raw Vegan Cuisine.”
Sunita has been working with raw living foods for almost two decades while traveling the world and bringing the wisdom of ancient cultures into new creations with a modern twist. Chef Sunita has taught numerous Chef Certification programs in Singapore and is now offering these programs in Chicago.
Sunita experienced first-hand how her energy soared when she started adding more raw food into her lifestyle. She lost weight, her immune system improved, her hair got thicker and she no longer needed glasses to see. The mental clarity that is achieved can be life-changing with raw food.
